Mail in a donation by filling out our Enrich Education Donation Form. If you want to donate in someone else’s name, we will mail that individual a letter of acknowledgement.

Offer recognition through the To Honor and Notice Kindness and Service (THANKS) program. Simply fill out the THANKS Donation Form and a certificate will be sent to the person you wish to honor notifying him of the donation or choose THANKS from the online donation form.

Employees of District 54 have the opportunity to support the D54 Foundation by contributing funds through payroll deduction. Please fill out the Payroll Deduct Form and submit it to the Foundation mailbox at the District Office.
